I've been using this product on my undereyes consecutively for over a month now, applied once or twice every day. I have really dark undereye circles and have fine lines, and this was cheap, locally-made by a reputable company, and is all-natural, so why not try it?
Oh, I was expecting it to help a little bit with the dark circles, but I should've read the product description more thoroughly- it's for wrinkle prevention and a protectant, not for easing dark circles.
Here's my Human Heart Nature Sunflower Beauty Oil fresh from the fridge, where I keep most of my skincare products.
Radiant, soft skin touched by the sun! Sunflower seed oil is packed with vitamins A, D & E to fight wrinkles and naturally protect skin from infections and irritants. Best applied to the sensitive under-eye area.
I like how it's absorbed by the skin around my eyes easily, and how it constantly keeps that area moisturized. A tiny dab is enough to cover both eye areas, and after a few minutes, I no longer see the oil on the skin, so that area doesn't end up shiny or feeling sweaty or sticky when I go out after applying this.
I use this product on my neck too, and some reviewers on the Human Heart Nature website mention using a small amount on their hair as well. I do not detect any scent to the oil nor did I develop any skin irritations from it. I haven't tried applying this on my entire face (and don't plan to).
I didn't notice if I got any new wrinkles or not, but there was definitely no change, good or bad, in my dark circles or amount/condition of existing fine lines. I'm now using this alternately and sometimes combined with Grapeseed oil. It's nice if all you need is a moisturizer for the eye area. This is way cheap at P99.75 (less than $2) for 50ml. Available at the HHN website.

I've always heard great things about using natural oils on your face, but I've never actually dared to try it out because of the possibility that some of them might break me out! But seeing the raves for products like these (esp for jojoba oil) makes me kind of want to try out some of them...
I was pretty wary of applying oils all over my face too, at first. Finding out more about the properties of the oil you're thinking of trying would help, to see if they might be suitable for your skin type. Also trying out just one at a time. I recommend taking a chance on natural oils, they're great :D
I love the Sunflower Beauty Oil as well! Like you, I use it on my eye area. :)
For the rest of my face, I use By Nature's Facial Oil in One. It's oil, but doesn't break me out even if I have acne-prone skin. I only use it at night though. Hehe.
I've forgotten that By Nature also also has some facial products (aside from the soap), thanks for the reminder. :) I'll have to check them out including the Facial Oil in One, I'm acne-prone too.
I haven't found a good eye cream yet. I want to try that.
Lots of love,
you have great tips on here. i should probably switch to more organic products b/c i've been breaking out like crazy recently. :)
i follow you now; check out my blog and feel free to follow me.

Hi Cheryl,
Thanks for dropping by :) I've been breaking out recently too and will be posting my updated skincare. Followed you back!
i use this to lighten and smoothen/soften my underarms... and it works... not immediately though... u gotta be patient... give it a month or so ... improved my UA by 60%... can't wait to see my UA after using it for a few more weeks... :) will update u though
I WAS patient. :) I used it daily for over a month, as I've stated in the beginning of this blog post, and still saw no results. I don't think I can use this on my UA either , either at night or at home, because that would make me feel pretty sticky. =/
It (or some other products) being sticky depends on your glands too. If you can't use it (or some other products) on any parts of your body (face, hair, UA) just drop it altogether. Or reviewing, for that matter.
- just some reader
From the description on the HHN website, this product is recommended for the under eye area. That's where I used it on and that's what this review is about. I see no reason why I shouldn't review a product just because I didn't use it on all parts of my body that I can use it on. Sure I can do that but I don't want to and I don't HAVE TO in order to make a review.
If you don't like reviews that aren't completely positive, or not absolutely in-depth and don't review all possible aspects of the product, just stop reading the blog altogether. Or commenting, for that matter.
